The Faint, Nortec Collective Bostich + Fussible, and Dungen are the latest addition to the lineup for San Diego’s forthcoming Street Scene festival.

The two-day bash is set to take place August 28 and 29 in downtown San Diego.

The new additions join previously announced acts including The Dead Weather, M.I.A., and Of Montreal.

Death Cab For Cutie have premiered the music video for ‘Little Bribes‘.

The track is off the band’s recent EP, ‘The Open Door‘.

The music video was directed by Ross Ching, a fan of the band, who originally created the video on his own and posted it on his website.

Death Cab For Cutie members stumbled on the video and liked the video so much they decided to use it as their official video for the track.

The single announcement came as a surprise to fans when it was announced last month.

The track received its first radio play on June 18, 2009 on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show.

The jaunt is set to kick off July 7 in Los Angles and will run through several major cities including Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.

The Dead Weather, Jack White’s new sideproject band, have teamed up with director Jonathan Glazer for a forthcoming short film/music video set for release later this month.

The short, entitled ‘Treat Me Like Your Mother‘, will premiere on July 11 in the U.S. on Cinemax with a UK debut set for July 13th on Channel 4.

Speaking about the film and director Jonathan Glazer, Dead Weather man Jack White said, “it was overwhelmingly electric working with Jonathan Glazer on this project, which feels more short film than video.”

“I’ve never felt an intensity like I did on the set of this shoot.  Absolutely violent, explosive, and poetic.”

Glazer, who has directed award winning music video for Radiohead, said, “Theirs was a beautiful energy to tap in to. You can’t ask for anything more.”

Dead Weather fans mark your calenders, Jack White’s latest side project band have announced plans to perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon later this month.

The band are set to play the late night talk show on July 17th where they will play material from their forthcoming debut album, ‘Horebound‘.

Horebound‘ is due out July 14 via Third Man Records.
