Bob Dylan, Black Keys, Chuck Berry and Wilco have been added to the bill for this years Virgin Mobile Festival. The two day festival, which takes place at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, also added Paramore and Iggy and the Stooges to the line-up. Festival headliners include Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, Kanye West and Foo Fighters.
