Kings Of Leon Play Nokia, Record New Music Video

Kings Of Leon played to a sold out crowd last night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The Followill boys set was packed full of hits both new and old. The band played tracks from their new album, ‘Only By The Night‘, including ‘Sex On Fire‘, ‘Closer‘, and ‘Cold Desert‘.

The band used the opportunity to record the music video for the second single off their new album.

Frontman Caleb Followill announced that they were recording their live performance of ‘Use Somebody‘ for a “music video”. Cameras appeared on all sides of the stage during ‘Use Somebody‘ and disappeared soon after. Whether it was recorded for an official music video for the track is unknown.

Opening for the Kings Of Leon were We Are Scientists who pumped up the crowd for the Followill boys. Taking to the stage at around 8pm, Keith Murray and Chris Cain were at their best playing hit songs including ‘Cash Cow‘, ‘This Scene Is Dead‘ and ‘The Great Escape‘.
