The Strokes To Begin Work On New Album Early Next Year

The Strokes are finally getting together to begin work on the follow-up to 2006’s ‘First Impressions of Earth‘.

Drummer Fabrizio Moretti revealed to Billboard that the band plan to regroup next year in February to work on the new album.

Moretti also revealed that at times he was unsure about The Strokes‘ future and whether they would ever play together again.

“I never had anything to base that anxiety on, but it crossed my mind,” said the drummer.
