Calvin Harris is pissed, the musician recently saw his music video for his ‘Ready For The Summer – Original Remix‘ removed from his YouTube account due to copyright claims, even though it’s his video!
Harris is angry about the removal and is speaking out via his twitter account.
Apparently it was the BPI, “the representative voice of the UK recorded music business”, who sent YouTube the DMCA complaint which led to the takedown.
“It’s my fucking song you absoloute bastarts”, wrote Harris on his Twitter account.
“This is unbelievable, and it seems I am completely powerless to do anything.”
The musician is angry that he wasn’t even warned of the takedown and alot of his anger is directed squarely at the BPI.
“I’m going to drive my car into the big window in the BPI’s offices on my way to the studio this morning.”
As of now the video is still not available.
