The festival, which was formerly known as the F Yeah Fest, is set to take place September 5 at the Los Angeles Historic State Park.

Among the acts set to play the bash are the Black Lips, The Thermals, No Age, and Fucked Up.

This is the first time the festival is set take place at an outside venue.

The festival’s goal is to raise awareness of state budget cuts threatening the California State Park System.
