Black Lips, Jay Reatard Set For Free Scion Garage Festival

The free festival is set to take place on October 17 at a four venues in Portland, Oregon.
Also to take part in the one-day bash are The Dirtbombs, the Duke, and Box Elders.
The four venues who are taking part in the free event are Satyricon, Berbati’s Pan, Someday Lounge, and Dante’s.
