Goldfrapp have scored the soundtrack for the forthcoming John Lennon movie biopic due out later this year.

The film, entitled ‘Nowehere Boy‘, was directed by first time director Sam Taylor-Wood.

Based on the book ‘Imagine This: Growing Up With My Brother John Lennon‘ is set to hit theaters December 25 (UK).

The film revolves around Lennon’s child hood and young adult years, including the first time he met Beatles frontman Paul McCartney.

Producers of the fill are currently in negotiation with Yoko Ono to include original John Lennon songs in the movie.
