The Courteeners have announced plans to release a track off their forthcoming album as a free download early next month.

The band will release the song, ‘Cross My Heart And Hope To Fly‘, for free via their band website, Thecourteeners.com, on December 7.

The track is off the bands sophomore album due out in February 2010.
