The album, entitled ‘House-Sitting Songs‘, is the first of many bootleg albums the singer plans to release.

The album was recorder in May 2009 while the singer was house sitting for a friend in Manhattan, hence the name of the bootleg.

“I’ve decided to gradually over a period of time post all the stupid albums I make that (some people, but mostly) no one ever hears,” wrote Hynes in a post on his site.
