Speaking to the Associated Press guitarist Dave Keuning said that following the band’s forthcoming jaunt of Asia and Australia they will take a musical break.

“I’m not sure if people are aware of it but these are probably our last shows for a while,” revealed Keuning.

“We haven’t had a break in quite a while. It’s just been touring and making records and on and on and on. It’s been like six years just kind of connected together,” he added.

The announcement comes about a month after the Kings of Leon also announced plans to also take a break from music.
