Well the battle between Google and Apple just heated up.
Today at the Google I/O conference Vic Gundotra, Vice-President of Engineering forGoogle, announced a new section of the Android Market, music.
That’s right, it looks like Google is taking Apple head on and starting their own iTunescompetitor.
The music market will be available on the web and will allow users to purchase music on their computers and have it automatically download to their android device.
Google also announced that they have acquired, Simplify Media, a company that provides a way for users to share their music on iTunes through several different platforms.
