Local Natives are contributing a cover of Television‘s “Careful” to a forthcoming benefit compilation album.
The sampler album, entitled ‘L’Aventure‘, is being put together by Justin Gage of Aquarium Drunkard and will feature eight L.A. bands each covering a track off Television’s 1978 LP, ‘Adventure‘.
The album will be released on June 22 as a pay-what-you want album with a suggested-donation.
All proceeds from the sale of the compilation will go to the Silverlake Conservatory of Music.
