The initial line-up for this year’s Popped! Festival has been revealed.
Taking place at Philadelphia’s FDR Park from September 23-24, the 2-day bash is set to see performances by The Shins, Girl Talk, and Panda Bear.
Also set to play the bash, which will feature 3 stages along with a DJ and comedy tent, are the Hold Steady, and the Pains of Being Pure at Heart.
