Real Estate are set to release their new album, ‘Days‘, on October 17 (UK) via Domino Records.
The follow-up to their 2009 self-titled album was recorded in Upstate New York through the late winter/spring of 2011 with producer Kevin McMahon.
The forthcoming album is set to feature 9 tracks including “Out of Tune“, which the band released last year as a single.
The next single off the new album, “It’s Real“, is set for release on September 27th in the US and October 10th in the UK as a 7″.
In anticipation for the new album’s release, the band is offering up the forthcoming single a little early as a free digital download.
