Metric are set to release a remix album this October featuring fan-remixed versions of tracks off their 2009 album, ‘Fantasies‘.
The remix album is set for release October 11 and will be included as part of a special bundle pack that features vinyl singles, a music player, color inserts, and more.
Check out the contents of the special bundle below, all of which will be included in a custom box housing.
The special bundle will include the following:
10 x 7″ vinyl singles containing an original track from ‘Fantasies’ and the associated winning remix from their Indaba Music contest.
A PlayButton digital music player pre-loaded with the 10 winning remixes.
A digital download code redeemable for all music from the 7″ singles (20 tracks including the original studio album version of ‘Fantasies’), plus an additional 11 of the band’s favorite remixes.
Two 6″ x 6″, two-sided color inserts featuring fan-created artwork/imagery, tracklisting, and credits.
A limited edition 18″ x 24″ glossy METRIC poster.
All proceeds from the boxed bundle will go to benefit Center for Addiction and Mental Health.
