Tokyo Police Club Announce 10 Song Cover Project

Tokyo Police Club have announced plans to record 10 cover tracks in 10 days, working on each cover for 10 hours a day.

The band have teamed up with Polaroid for the special cover’s project with Polaroid set to document the entire experience on their website and Facebook page beginning Monday, August 15.

The band plan to enter the Red Bull Studio in Los Angeles to record the tracks each day, choosing 3 potent ion songs to cover for each recording session with the final track choice to be announced the night before.

Livestream.com will be releasing a behind-the-scenes look at the recording every day between 7-8 pm PST.

The covers are set to premiere over the course of 10 days (obviously) via a host of partner websites. Check out the release schedule below.
