Longtime Aerosmith producer Jack Douglas has revealed that the band are planning to release their 14th studio album early next year.
In a recent web post Douglas revealed that the Aerosmith were planning to release their new album around May 2012.
The band reportedly entered the studio in July to begin recording the new album but have had to put it on hold as they head on an upcoming world tour.
The new album would be the band’s first new release since 2001′s ‘Just Push Play‘.
