Free Yr Radio is kicking off its 6th year at this year’s upcoming Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago.
Free Yr Radio, is an annual program by Toyota that aims to support independent radio stations across the country by hosting annual summer concert series.
To kick off its 6th year, Free Yr Radio is once again teaming up with Chicago’s WLUW 88.7 FM and is hosting a live broadcast from Lollapalooza, which takes place August 3-5.
Free Yr Radio will provide three full days of live broadcasts, interviews and special performances between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Festival attendees can visit the Free Yr Radio Broadcast Stage, located just north of the Buckingham Fountain, to catch exclusive performances from bands including Deep Sea Diver and The Growlers, and others.
