Comedian Stephen Colbert has announced details for this year’s Colbchella 2012 music extravaganza.
‘The Colbert Report‘ host announced details for what has now become an annual event on his show Tuesday night (July 31).
Dubbed “StePhest Colbchella `012: RocktAugustFest” the one-day festival is set to take place August 10 aboard the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York. Among the acts set to play the bash will be Grizzly Bear, Santigold, Flaming Lips, and FUN.
The performances as well as interviews with the acts playing the bash will be shown on “The Colbert Report” during the week of Aug. 13.
