The John Lennon biopic, Nowhere Boy, is set for DVD release later this year.

The film, which chronicles Lennon’s early childhood and teenage life, was directed by Sam Taylor-Wood and is set for release May 10.

The film is set to be released on both DVD and Blu-ray and will include several exclusive featurettes as bonus material.

White Stripes are set to debut their documentary, ‘Under Great White Northern Lights‘, to U.S. audiences during SXSW.

The film, which chronicles the band’s 2007 Canadian tour, will premiere at the week long festival taking place March 12-20 in Austin, Texas.

As we previously reported the band will release the documentary as a box set on March 16.

The limited edition box set is set to include the DVD of the film along with a second DVD of the White Stripes 10th anniversary show.

CSS and Tilly And The Wall are set to release a live DVD early next year.

Entitled ‘CSS & Tilly And The Wall Appearing Live Tonight!‘ the film documents both bands during their joint tour which took place late last year.

The film, which was made by Rob Walters, features live performances as well as behind-the-scenes footage.

The DVD is set for release January 12.

Michael Jackson’s concert film documentary ‘This Is It‘ is set for release early next year.

The film, which chronicles the three months of rehearsals for what was to be the singer’s comeback tour, will be released on Jan. 26, 2010 on DVD and Blu-ray.

Both the DVD and Blu-ray will feature over 90-minutes of bonus material, including two documentaries.

The Blu-ray version of the film will include two music videos, “Smooth Criminal” and “Thriller“.

Florence and the Machine has announced details of a forthcoming debut album box set reissue.

The 4-disc set is set to hit record store shelves November 30.

The reissue of the band’s debut album ‘Lungs‘ will include a ‘Live at Abbey Road‘ disc, remixes, rarities, covers, acoustic sets, and a DVD featuring promo videos, plus a few more other goodies.

Live‘ is set for release on November 16 (UK) and will include two DVD and a 14 live-track CD.

The DVD features footage from the band’s 2007 shows in Berlin, Dublin and Glasgow as well as behind-the-scenes tour footage.

Sir Paul McCartney has unveiled the track listing for ‘Good Evening New York City‘.

The forthcoming live CD/DVD is due out November 23 and features footage from a series of gigs the former Beatle played earlier this year at New York’s Citi Field.

McCartney performed at the stadium for three nights, July 17, 18 and 21, where he played material spanning his solo catalogue along with several Beatles‘ tracks.

Kings of Leon are set to release a live DVD later next month.

Kings Of Leon: Live At The O2 London, England‘ is due out November 9 and features footage from the band’s three-night sting at the O2 arena in London which took place in June.

The film, the band’s first official live DVD, was directed by Nick Wickham.

A Blu-Ray version is due out November 23.

The Killers have release a teaser trailer for their forthcoming live DVD/CD, ‘Live From The Royal Albert Hall‘.

The forthcoming DVD will feature footage from the band’s two concerts at London’s Royal Albert Hall which took place this summer.

The DVD is due out November 9 and will come with a behind the scenes documentary which will include crew and fan interviews.
