<p>Techno artist <strong>Axel Willner</strong>, better known as <strong>The Field</strong>, has announced a string of forthcoming North American tour dates.</p>
<p>Set to kick off October 20 in Chicago, the jaunt will be in support of his latest album, &#8216;<strong>Looping State of Mind</strong>&#8216;. </p>
<p>Among the dates announced are shows in Detroit, Toronto, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. </p>

<p>As the release for her new much anticipated album, &#8216;<strong>Metals</strong>&#8216;, draws near, <strong>Feist</strong> has announced details of her first official live show.</p>
<p>The singer will play a show on October 8 at Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto with a few special guests. </p>
<p>Among the guest will be <strong>Wilco</strong>&#8216;s <strong>Jeff Tweedy</strong>, <strong>Grizzly Bear</strong>&#8216;s <strong>Ed Droste</strong>, and <strong>The Constantines</strong>&#8216; <strong>Bry Webb</strong>.</p>
<p>The October 8 show will be the kick off of a full tour in support of her new album, due out October 4.</p>

<p>The band is also headlining <strong>PacSun</strong>&#8216;s <strong>PacTour</strong> kicking off in Houston, Texas on October 21. </p>

<p>Currently in the midst of a European tour <strong>Empire of the Sun</strong> have announced dates for a forthcoming North American tour. </p>
<p>The Australian electronic music duo are set to kick off their U.S and Canadian outing on September 8 in Boston. </p>
<p>Playing in support of their 2008 release, &#8216;Walking On A Dream&#8217;, the band will make stops in Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, and Austin. </p>
<p>The duo are set to wrap things up on October 15 with a performance at the Treasure Island Music Festival. </p>

<p>To commemorate the 10th anniversary release of their fourth studio album, &#8216;<strong>Bleed American</strong>&#8216;, <strong>Jimmy Eat World</strong> have announced plans to perform the album in its entirety at a special Los Angeles show.</p>
<p>The band will play the album in full at a one-off show at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angles on Thursday, September 29. </p>
<p>Pre-sale tickets for the special show will begin June 28th @ 10am (PDT) with the general public on-sale this Thursday, June 30th @ 10am (PDT). </p>
<p>The band are set to play several festivals throughout the coming months. </p>
