Die Antwoord have announced a few details about their forthcoming release.

Titled ‘TEN$ION‘, the South African band’s latest album is set for release February 7 on the band’s own label, ZEF Records.

The album will feature a 13-song track list including the album’s first single “Folk Julle Naaires“.

On November 15 Tegan and Sara will release a new live CD/DVD.

Titled ‘Get Along‘, the release comprises of three travel documentaries from the duo’s travels in India as well as live studio footage and footage from their early years.

The release will be sold in a package containing the DVD, the live CD, and three signed lithographs.

Death Cab for Cutie are set to release a remix EP of their most recent album, ‘Keys and Codes‘.

The remix EP features a collection of seven reworked tracks from the bands album and is set for release on November 22 via Atlantic Records.

Among the remixes on the EP is a remix of “Doors Unlocked and Open” by Cut Copy, which can be streamed below.

On October 24, She & Him are se to release a Christmas album titled, ‘A Very She And Him Christmas‘.

The duo, which is made up of Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, are giving fans a preview of the new album with the release of the album’s first single, “The Christmas Waltz“.

Gorillaz are set to release a greatest hits album spanning the animated groups entire career.

‘The Singles Collection: 2001-2011‘ will feature 15 tracks including singles, remixes and videos.

The collection will be released as both a CD and CD/DVD combo.

Bright Eyes have teamed up with Swedish duo First Aid Kit to record a cover of the White Stripes‘ “We’re Going To Be Frieds“.

The recording was part of a collaborative forthcoming charity album curated by Gift Horse Project and Manimal Vinyl Records with a goal to record school friendly covers of a slew of popular songs.

All proceeds from the digital-only compilation album, entitled ‘Cool for School: For the Benefit of the Lunchbox Fund‘, will go towards the Lunchbox Fund.

Aside from Bright Eyes, the compilation will feature covers by Albert Hammond Jr., Cobra Starship, and Jenny O.

The EP, set for release on November 1 via Capitol, will be titled ‘Long Live the King‘.

The release will include acoustic tracks recording during their ‘The King Is Dead‘ album sessions.

After wrapping-up a reunion tour, Guided By Voices (the “classic” lineup) are set to release a new album.

According to MOJO, the band are set to release the new album, entitled ‘Let’s Go Eat The Factory‘, on January 1, 2012.

Work on the new album has not yet wrapped up and the band are currently in the studio working on it.

The release will be the band’s first release since 2004′s ‘Half Smiles of the Decomposed‘.
